This Privacy Policy explains how VoarVue Drone Operations, LLC d/b/a VOARVUE Media (“VOARVUE Media”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your information when you visit voarvue.com, fill out one of our forms, book a call, or communicate with us by phone, email or text message.

Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and details about your project or property, when you fill out a form, book a call or contact us.

Communication records: the emails, calls and text messages you exchange with us, so we can follow up and keep a record of your project.

Website data: standard technical information such as browser type, pages visited and referring site, collected through cookies and similar tools to keep the site working and understand how it is used.

Payment information: if you pay an invoice online, payment is handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule calls and shoots.

SMS / text messaging

If you opt in to receive text messages from VOARVUE Media, we use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to receive. There are two separate, optional consents on our forms:

Service messages: appointment reminders, scheduling, project updates and replies to your inquiries.

Marketing messages: occasional offers, new work and updates from VOARVUE Media.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors that support our services, such as our messaging and customer-service providers, only so they can deliver the messages you requested. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our CRM and messaging platform, email delivery, scheduling, payment processing, file delivery and website hosting. They may use your information only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Email

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Service emails about an active project or invoice may still be sent after you unsubscribe from marketing.

How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, keep accurate business records and meet legal requirements, then delete or anonymize it.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
